Every project follows an organised production process, structured into a series of stages that enable us to manage different orders simultaneously while coordinating manufacturing, fabrication and product inspection.

STEP 01 — Order Reception
We collect drawings, technical specifications, quantities and all the information required to manufacture the product.

STEP 02 — Technical Analysis
We review the documentation to understand the materials, dimensions, construction requirements and fabrication processes involved.

STEP 03 — Planning
We organise production activities and coordinate any supplies required for the order.

STEP 04 — Preparation and Assembly
We prepare the components and proceed with assembly in accordance with the project specifications.
Supply management may also include coordination with qualified partners for complementary processes, such as cutting, bending and painting.

STEP 05 — Welding
We carry out the required joints using the welding technique best suited to the material and component characteristics.

STEP 06 — Inspection
We inspect the results of the fabrication processes and, where required, carry out dimensional checks on the product.

STEP 07 — Final Verification
Before delivery, we verify that the product complies with the requirements and specifications defined for the order.

STEP 08 — Handling and Shipping
Our facility is equipped with dedicated machinery for handling components and structures weighing up to 10 tonnes.
The finished product is prepared for handling and delivery, with transportation arranged according to the specific requirements of the order.
